![]() One of my all time favourite healthy extra free breakfasts, are these Breakfast Towers. which are baby greens, slices of tomatoes, topped with a Homemade Pork Sausage Pattie and then perfectly poached eggs. Spread with butter sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot. Add the almond flour, egg, and all seasonings. Place the shredded potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Peel the sweet potatoes and shred them with a cheese grater. Brush the oil over the surface of the parchment paper. Fry patties in batches until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. One thing I love is a breakfast that doesn't use up my healthy extra choices. 2 large sweet potatoes, 2 pounds, cut into 3/4-inch dice 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, peeled and cut into 1/3-inch dice 2 tablespoons roughly.
